Safety & Health Policy
Safety & Health Policy for Children and Employees of Villa Valentijn Den Haag. This policy plan provides insight into how we work at our location. The aim of this is to provide children and employees with the safest and healthiest possible working, playing and living environment. We teach children to deal with small risks and they are protected against major risks that can have serious consequences. To arrive at this policy plan, we have reviewed and rewritten the existing policy of Villa Valentijn Den Haag. The starting point is whether the current working method leads to the safest and healthiest possible working, playing and living environment. The Pedagogy & Quality policy officer is responsible for the Safety & Health policy plan. We adjust this policy plan annually based on experiences, changes in legislation and regulations and consultation with safety and health contact persons. However, a policy only comes into its own in practice if all employees feel involved and promote the policy. That is why the theme of safety and/or health will regularly be on the agenda during team meetings. This is to maintain continuous discussions about policy. This way we remain focused on our working methods and in the event of changes in the environment or situation, such as renovations or changes in furnishings, we can immediately check whether or not the policy needs to be tightened.
